Calgary home sales remain high despite supply shortages
Calgary home sales remain strong despite supply shortages in lower price ranges. Although inventories improved this month, conditions still favor sellers with just one month of supply. Several districts continue to report less than one month of supply, while the City Centre recorded the highest supply-to-sales ratio at one and a half months. These seller market conditions have driven price growth across all districts in the city.
